Our Policies
Reserving The Date
A 50% deposit of the total rental fee is required to reserve the date. No products or services are reserved until the deposit payment is processed. The deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event date.
Rental Dates
Weekend event rentals may be picked up on Thursday and are due back by Monday. Weekday event rentals may be picked up the day before the event and are due back the day after the event. We are closed on Sunday.
Changes & Cancellations
Changes and/or cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the event & are based upon availability. No changes after 30 days. If the customer chooses to cancel at any time, the deposit to reserve the date is non-refundable. Customers choosing to cancel after the remaining balance has been paid will receive a 50% refund of the remaining balance.
Damaged or Missing Items
Customer assumes full responsibility of items upon possession and agrees to pay the full replacement cost for lost or damaged items. The replacement cost must be paid in full at the time of rental return. Any and all items including but not limited to coverings, packaging, pins, magnetic holders, etc. must be returned with the rental item(s).
Unfavorable Conditions
Smoking and pets are not allowed near rental items. We have the right to refuse service if we feel that the event conditions are unfavorable. This includes inclement weather, which may damage the items.
